Otis Levan Blackshear; sister Belinda Gail Barnes, two brothers, Mr. & Mrs. Otis Levan (Regina) Blackshear, Jr., and Kelvin Mandell Blackshear; four nieces, five nephews, four great-nieces, four great nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
